Yellow bag obsession

Two weeks ago, when cleaning by wardrobe, i came across a black with yellow dots dress i bought last year from It's quite a nice office-dress, and last year i used to pair it with a black Lancel bag and Gucci slides, black as well.
Although i was happy with the way this outfit looked, i had a sudden vision of me dressed in this cute dress, with an yellow instead of black bag on my shoulder, to enlighten the entire look.

So this is how the search for the perfect yellow bag begun. At the begining i was sure that i will find the perfect bag quite easy, considering that pale yellow is one of the colours in-trend this summer. But soon i discovered that i couldn't find a yellow bag. And i searched everywhere, even online.

On net-a-porter, the yellow selection of bags was very poor and although i really liked the wristlet leather purse from Marc by Marc Jacobs pictured above, i was looking for a larger bag, to have room for all the things i carry with me.

The search ended when i saw this magnificent yellow bowling shaped shoulder bag from Jasper Conran's collection for Debenhams. It is the right shade of yellow, and it's big enough for me. Plus, i love the small leather circle attached in front and the 2 extra roomy pockets on every side.
