Shopping report: Paris

As i said before, last weekend i was in Paris. And i couldn't miss one of the best places for shopping in the world: Galleries Lafayette.

I cried over a Chloe medium sized Bay handbag, but at 1125euro i could not decide to buy it :(. But next weekend i will be in Helsinki, and maybe then....Eh!

I tried the new "Mouse" pony hair ballerinas from Marc Jacobs, and to my surprise they fit quite well, and are super funny to wear (but they didn't make into my bag as well).

Instead i nearly bought the Gucci Royal Ballerina in a gold leather. But i had a second thought (a bit to bold for my taste, i went to find my husband in the men area so he can see them too, and then i was to lazy to return to first floor were the shoes are).

Now i am glad of that second thought, because back home i found instead a gorgeous pair of ballerinas on net-a-porter, from Marc Jacobs, with metal studded details.

They have the perfect sweet color, and they look like super comfortable. Let me receive them, and i will tell you how they really are!

My purchases from Lafayette consist of:

* a gorgeous belt in "Pomme d'amour" Monogram Vernis from Louis Vuitton

* a gold phone charm with a locket and a key from Chloe, because my 7390 Nokia needed some extra glamour
* a silk white and red empire line polka blouse from Thomas Burberry, similar with the one pictured below, but with sleeves

* a striped vest from Esprit (on sale)

* a brown top from Mexx (on sale)

Beside from the galleries, i also visited some Zaras, Gaps and H&M. Some blouses and one funky gray belt from Zara resulted. While in Zara i also tried the wide leg style of jeans. A big NO-NO-NO for them. Definitely not for my silhouette!

But the real find was at the airport: ISA magazine (french woman lifestyle magazine) came this month with a free gift: a special Sonia Rykiel top, available in black, pink and white, for 2,5 euro. I went with pink, and although basic and simple, i have some interesting ideas about matching it!
