Outfit for today: Feminine, but serious

Today (actually tomorrow, but it's after midnight, so i can say today :) ) i have an interview with a girl, for an available PHP programmer post we have, so i have to look serious, but also nice and approachable.
So, that's why i decided to go with a feminine, yet serious dress, like the black and white, knee length dress from "M by Madonna for H&M".



It it's rainy i will pair it with my Jessica Simpson's black patent pumps,



or, if sunny, with some black and white slides i had for a very long time, but still adore.
